About Me
My name is LaToya Chaplin. I have been working in Customer Service and Hospitality for 13 years. I served in leadership, this allowed me to help with effective team building and to ensure our guests received the best treatment above and beyond anywhere else. I fell in love with making sure people walk away with the best built customer service and team relationships. I found out my calling and passion is showing others how to serve people respectfully with excellence and to show the importance it has on their businesses and services.
